Governance

HAROPA - Ports of Paris is a public institution supervised by the Ministry for an Ecological and Solidary Transition.
Its Board of Directors consists of 32 members representing the State, the local authorities, qualified individuals and staff representatives. The Board, chaired by Catherine Rivoallon, sets the general policy for the company, decides on investments and the tariffs to be applied. The CSR Committee, an arm of the Board of Directors, consists of eight permanent members and is responsible for monitoring the CSR policy of the institution.
